We are so delighted that we asked Ross to undertake our home renovations. Ross helped us from the initial planning stage of the project to the completed product. He initially consulted us about our renovation needs, the style we wanted to capture and our budget options. Ross helped with the initial drawings and, in close contact with the draftsman, guided us to a finished house plan. During the renovation phase, Ross frequently consulted with us, explained all the options available and helped to ensure the renovations remained in character with the older house but at the same time give new style to the finished project. Danielle helped us make choices for tiles, carpets, flooring, kitchen and bathroom accessories to suite the style but still remain in budget. With her personal touch, she advised us and made the process seamless and uncomplicated. Ross understood the disruptions in renovations and was always considerate during the entire process to ensure we can continue to function in the house. Ross and his team was reliable, trustworthy and always friendly.

Ross and Danielle captured our dreams, made the unimaginable possible and made our renovations a reality. They gave us not just a house, but a home with warmth to enjoy and cherish.

We were initially impressed by Ross’ level & upfront communication style and this remained for the 9 month duration of our project.  Ross also displayed a high level of competence and product knowledge that gave us confidence in him.
